Jack is an ultra-endurance athlete who had participated in ultramarathons and obstacle course races and is well versed in bodyweight and kettlebell training.
With a diverse experience in bodyweight, kettlebell and endurance training, Jack believes that the pursuit of fitness is a lifelong journey and aims to impart what he had learnt to his students. He believes in investing time in educating his students so that they can not just train to become better, but also find more meaning and fulfilment in their journey ahead.
